We only collect information you choose to give us. When you submit the “Request a Call” form, we collect:
We do not use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers on this site. We do not collect payment information — we don’t process any payments through this website.
We use the information you submit to schedule a call, send you a confirmation email, and follow up about your project. We don’t sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Submissions are stored in our database, hosted by Supabase, and confirmation emails are sent through Resend. Both providers process this data on our behalf and are bound by their own security and privacy commitments. We keep your information for as long as 12 months after our last contact with you, or until you ask us to delete it.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@loopoutstudios.com. We’ll respond within a reasonable time.
This site is intended for business use and is not directed at anyone under 16.
